Untrieds Month: China Glaze Midtown Magic
I'm trying to group polishes of the same brand together, so today I have another China Glaze Metro collection polish for you.

2 coats. I know the sun shots look like completely different lighting in each one, but that's the best I could get. Anywho, Midtown Magic is a beautiful chocolatey brown base with lots of gold and red/bronze glitter flecks. It's so pretty! You all know I'm a sucker for shimmer and this is no exception.
The formula was lovely, although I think the brush was a little uneven so I couldn't get away without cleanup but ah well. Better luck next time!
I feel like there are a few similar polishes out there but I don't own a dupe for it, so it's got a cozy place in my collection. Speaking of which, I really need to go through and organize it. How do you guys organize your stash? I've got mine on this little rolling cart with two levels, and I keep the polishes in plastic bins on it, organized by color. It works okay but it's a little small and I'm quickly outgrowing it (especially the blue/green bin, that one's already full). I'll take pictures of it to show you guys, but in the meanwhile, feel free to regale me with tales of how you store your polish. Helmers? Melmers? Alexes? A bottomless bag a la Mary Poppins or Hermione Granger? I'm all ears.
I like this one a lot ... need to use it again! OK so I have no organization whatsoever....... I keep saying I need toorganize hasn't happened yet ... I have them all scattered in different bags lol its a nighmare!
ReplyDeleteI got this one when I bought Skyscraper and thought those would be the only 2 from Metro I was going to buy - I later went back for 2 other shades. This is a nice one - funny as my brush on my bottle of this shade also is a bit funky.

I have 3 bookshelves with my polish grouped by grand. I cut foam blocks to raise half of the shelf so I can see both rows. I don't like members cause you can't see your pretty polish only the caps. I need to get another bookshelf- I have this color and have still not worn it! What the heck is wrong with me?
